Privacy policy

Effective October 24, 2026

This policy describes information handled through the PageOne public website and its organization workspaces.

Information we handle

The public contact form collects the name, email address, organization and message you submit. Our servers also process connection information, such as IP addresses, request times and browser information, for security and operation.

Organization workspaces handle account and contact information, authentication records, pilot profiles and qualifications, aircraft and maintenance records, flight logs, locations, uploaded documents, live video, recorded video and chat information when those features are used. The information collected depends on the organization's enabled features and the information its users provide.

How information is used

We use information to answer inquiries, operate workspaces, authenticate users, provide requested features, maintain audit records, investigate problems and protect the service. An organization's authorized users can access information according to their assigned permissions. Platform administration and support access are restricted to the functions needed to operate the service.

Service providers

PageOne uses hosting and email providers to operate the service. Contact-form messages are delivered through PurelyMail. Cloudflare Turnstile processes information to check contact submissions for automated abuse. Encrypted offsite backups are stored using Google Drive.

Address searches may send the entered search text to Geoapify or the U.S. Census Bureau. Map providers receive requests for the areas displayed. Weather and airspace services receive the location needed for the requested briefing. DJI flight-log decoding may contact DJI services when required for the uploaded log. Use manual location entry and follow your organization's rules for sensitive information. See the third-party notices for data sources and software credits.

Cookies and browser storage

Workspaces use cookies for sign-in, session protection and settings such as time zone. Browser storage may retain interface preferences, including navigation and viewing settings. Closing the browser does not necessarily delete those settings. The public website uses an anti-abuse check on its contact form.

Retention and requests

Operational records are retained according to organization settings, service operation and applicable record-retention obligations. Removing a user's access does not erase that user's historical records. Backup copies may remain until their retention period ends. Contact your organization administrator about access to or correction of workspace records.

For public website privacy inquiries or requests concerning your information, use our contact form. We may need to verify your identity and the organization's authority before acting on a request.

Changes

We will update this page and its effective date when our privacy practices change. An organization's own policies and agreements may also apply to information it manages in PageOne.
